From Sketch To Finish: Sketch, Modeling, Casting, Assemble, Set, Finish
3 Payments: Design Deposit, Production Deposit & Final Balance.
(1) There is No Charge for Consultation. In our first meeting we will Discuss Concepts and Estimates.
(2) Once we agree on a Concept(s) & Estimate, place a $500 Design Deposit to move on to Concept Sketches. I Research and Sketch until you are happy with the Final Concept. Then we create a 3D Model of your Design. Changes can be made to the Model until you are satisfied. We can play with the concept in the sketching and modeling stage until you're satisfied to move forward.
(3) Once the Final Concept, Sketch, 3D Model and Final Estimate is Approved, the customer is responsible for a 50% Production Deposit of the Invoice Balance. Once the Production Deposit is paid, the Wax Model is submitted to the Metal Casting Casting, Finishing, Setting and Polishing Process.
(4) Once the item is Finished, the customer is responsible for Payment in Full of the Final Balance including Sales Tax upon pick-up, or prior to shipping.
The process we go through is to ensure that you are perfectly happy with the end product as well as confident in our ability to execute your design to your expectations.
Shipping is always insured & free. You may pick-up in person as well. There is no charge for maintaining and/or repairing the jewelry I create, including free ring sizings for life: LEARN MORE We take Photos & Video of the process and create a Slideshow for you once finished. Included is a Jewelry Insurance Appraisal to make sure you are covered in case of loss, fire or theft.
There are No Refunds or Exchanges. Consignment may be an option if the item is in "like new" condition.
Special Order: Payment In Full
We have many suppliers and can order Pre-Mmanufactured Items, Gems, Diamonds, etc. The customer is responsible for Payment in Full including Sales Tax. Once payment is received, we order the item.
Payment & Shipping
All Prices are Firm and will not be Negotiated after the deposit is paid.
Items will not be shipped or leave the studio until the Final Balance is received in full. No IOU's.
If Shipping, All finished jewelry is Shipped USPS Express Insured.
We are not responsible for catastrophic damage, loss or theft of a Custom/Customized Item while under the customer's care. Please purchase Insurance.

Out of State Payments may only be made using PAYPAL.com
Local checks and cash are accepted.
Scrap Gold/Platinum is accepted.
