From Sketch To Finish: Sketch, Modeling, Casting, Assemble, Set, Finish
3 Payments: Design Deposit, Production Deposit & Final Balance.
There is No Charge for Consultaion. In our first meeting we will Discuss Concepts and Estimates. Once we agree on a Concept(s) & Estimate, place a $500 Design Deposit to move on to Concept Sketches. I Reserch and Sketch until you are happy with the Final Concept. Then we create a 3D Model of your Design. Changes can be made to the Model until you are satisfied.

Once the Final Concept, Sketch, 3D Model and Final Estimate is Approved, the customer is responsible for a 50% Production Deposit of the Invoice Balance. Once the Production Deposit is paid, the Wax Model is submitted to the Metal Casting Casting, Finishing, Setting and Polishing Process.
Once the item is Finished, the customer is responsible for Payment in Full of the Final Balance including Sales Tax upon pick-up, or prior to shipping.
There are No Refunds or Exchanges. Consignment may be an option if the item is in "like new" condition.
Flexible Designs & Merged Designs: No Sketching or Modeling

There is No Monetary Obligation to the customer until the Final Concept & Estimate is Approved. For Flexible & Merged Designs, you choose one or two Pre-Existing 3D CAD Models and we Modify and/or Merge the designs to suit your style,... cast, set and finish to order.
Once the Final Concept and Estimate is approved, the customer is responsible 50% Production Deposit of the Invoice Balance. Once paid, the Casting, Finishing, Setting and Polishing Process will proceed in a timely manner outlined in the estimate. Once the item is Finished, the customer is responsible for Payment in Full of the Final Balance including Sales Tax upon pick-up, or prior to shipping.

Hand Fabricated Designs: No Sketching or Modeling

We order pre-manufactured parts and or stock and assemble your item in studio. This is a great way to create simple items like wedding bands, pendants, earrings, etc., and save money.
Once the Final Concept and Estimate is approved, the customer is responsible 50% Production Deposit of the Invoice Balance. Once paid, the Casting, Finishing, Setting and Polishing Process will proceed in a timely manner outlined in the estimate. Once the item is Finished, the customer is responsible for Payment in Full of the Final Balance including Sales Tax upon pick-up, or prior to shipping.

Special Order: (Diamonds/Gemstones or Pre-Manufactured Jewelry)
1 Payment: Final Balance
We have many suppliers and can order Pre-Mmanufactured Items, Gems, Diamnds, etc. The customer is responsible for Payment in Full including Sales Tax. Once payment is received, we order the item.
Most items are returnable with in 5-10 days for a full refund.

Payment & Shipping
All Prices are Firm and will not be Negotiated after the deposit is paid.
Items will not be shipped or leave the studio until the Final Balance is received in full. No IOU's.
If Shipping, All finished jewelry is Shipped USPS Express Insured.
We are not responsible for catastrophic damage, loss or theft of a Custom/Customized Item while under the customer's care. Please purchase Insurance.
All Credit/Debit Card transactions are processed with PAYPAL.COM
Out of State Payments may only be made using PAYPAL.com
Local checks and cash are accepted.
Scrap Gold/Platinum is accepted.

Average Project Flow & Time Frame
Allow 4-8 weeks for most Start-to-Finish Custom jewelry projects.
Sketches & Design Process - 1 to 7 Days
Wax Model and/or 3D CAD Process - 7 to 14 Days
Casting Process - 10 to 14 Days
Gemstone Setting Process - 3 to 10 Days

Your privacy matters to us. We will not sell, trade or share your private information with anyone. We only use your email address to send occasional emails promoting our products and services (3-6 times per year). We only use your physical address to send online ordered jewelry or appraisals. We do not send promotional material via USPS. Your business with us is strictly confidential.
